Our craftsmanship warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship two years from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not include defects or damages attributable to normal weathering or defects or damages caused by: accidents, fire, lightning, flood, earthquake, windstorms, windborne objects, ice, hail, or other Acts of God, or by vandalism, riot, civil disorder, or harmful fumes, vapors or chemical pollutants or air pollution, mildew, fungus, or salt from the atmosphere or from any other source, or any other causes beyond Capital Canvas’ control.
Capital Canvas shall not be liable for injury to persons or damage to building or contents, or for incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any written or implied warranty on defects in workmanship. If a product is deemed to qualify for warranty coverage Capital Canvas will pay for the cost of return shipping of the product. If Capital Canvas deems the warranty coverage involves a replacement product the customer must return the product being covered (at Capital Canvas’ expense) before the replacement product will be shipped. All warranty work will be completed within 30 days of Capital Canvas receiving the product covered under warranty.
